What is the Habitat ReStore? Habitat ReStores are home improvement stores that offer new and gently used appliances, furniture, building materials and more at a fraction of the retail cost. Each Habitat ReStore is locally owned and operated, and proceeds help build Habitat for Humanity homes. Volunteering at the Habitat ReStore Put your talents to work by volunteering at the Habitat ReStore! Our volunteers provide support in a wide variety of ways including: • processing donations • preparing items for sale • pricing donations • loading/unloading donation trucks • cleaning & organizing • beautifying sales floor We strive to keep our operating costs low as possible to maximize the amount of money that goes directly to benefit your community, and volunteers are one of the ways to achieve this.
