Visiting Volunteers with The ALS Association Florida Chapter
Do you have a few hours a month and a willingness to make an incredible impact in the lives families in need? The ALS Association Florida Chapter's Visiting Volunteers Program matches trained volunteers with people living with ALS and their families in local communities to help with tasks of daily living such as folding laundry or mowing a lawn. Volunteers can commit to two or three hours, once a month, twice a month, or once a week. They are restricted from providing medical or personal care, transportation, or help with finances.
