Family Liaison 2018 [HIL]**
Family Liaisons work in pairs to visit the homes to complete a brief Needs Checklist, take measurements and to help assess the family's or individual's furniture and household needs. These visits are made at the convenience of the pairs with the families or individuals and prior to the delivery day. In Tampa, on Tuesdays, the Family Liaisons are responsibile for "tagging" or identifying the furniture in the warehouse to be delivered and travel to the homes with the teams to set up and arrange the furniture in the homes.
