2018 VITA - Intercultural Advocacy Inst. HOC - Tax Greeter (PIN)
Greet everyone visiting the site to create a pleasant atmosphere. You screen taxpayers to determine the type of assistance they need and confirm they have the necessary documents to complete their tax returns. Educate clients with various tax savings options, and encourage clients to complete the United Way Suncoast Survey. Must complete the Volunteer Standards of Conduct Exam and the Intake/Interview & Quality Review Exam. Tax law certification is not required for this position. If you are bilingual, please consider a VITA site that needs bilingual greeters. Dress Code: Business Casual. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your shift. SPANISH SPEAKING A PLUS.
