Volunteers for Joy of Giving [HIL]

Volunteers are needed to help with various roles to make Joy of Giving a success! We will need volunteers to help with registration, parking, food service, games, activities and more! Roles will be assigned on-site based on the need at your time of arrival. There are two shifts available: 8:30am-1pm and 12:30pm-5pm. You can sign up for one or both shifts. Volunteers ages 13-15 can volunteer with a parent; volunteers ages 16-18 can volunteer without a parent. Youth volunteers ages 9-12 can accompany a parent/guardian that is registered to volunteer, but must remain with the parent/guardian at all times. Additional volunteer information will be sent 3-7 days prior to the event date, pending on when final information is confirmed and available.

Volunteers will be provided t-shirts on-site that must be worn to identify as a volunteer. Free parking will be available and food will be provided.

IF YOU ARE VOLUNTEERING WITH A GROUP, it is recommended to create a team (see below on how to create a team). This will ensure that your group is placed in the same volunteer area. This is also helpful when you have a family/group with youth.

**To sign up to volunteer (with or without a team), you will need to complete a volunteer account. Go to the Volunteer tab, then click Sign Up / Registration.

**To create a team, go to the Volunteers tab, then My Account, then My Teams. Create your team and enter the names of the volunteers. Once that is done, come back to this page and click the SIGN UP WITH A TEAM button.
