Produce Distribution - Week of Caring 2021 [MAN]

Established by Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee to provide COVID-19 emergency relief to Manatee County residents, the #Food4Families program provides drive-through food distributions. #Food4Families bags contain breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a family of five for two days or more — and it’s free!
Volunteers are needed to assist with the Mobile Produce Pantry, sponsored by United Way Suncoast, as families drive-through but remain in their vehicle.
There are two shifts available:

7:45am-10am
Samoset First Baptist Church
3200 15th St E, Bradenton, FL 34208

12:45pm-3pm
First Baptist Church of Ellenton
1707 36th Ave E, Palmetto, FL 34221

Volunteer projects for Week of Caring will be following CDC guidelines regarding face masks and social distancing.
T-shirts will be provided on-site by United Way Suncoast. Volunteers will be asked for their t-shirt size when registering below.
