Voices' Diaper Drive - Week of Caring 2021 [PIN]
Voices for Children, a Division of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Child Protection, keeps a supply of essential items (diapers, wipes, formula, bottles, car seats, pack n' plays, door alarms and other emergency need items) that child protective investigators can access 24/7 when they are on call. Providing these items can sometimes be enough to keep children out of foster care if families are just struggling to provide essentials.
Volunteers are asked to work with their friends, family, offices and community groups to gather specific items and to drop them off at the Sheriff's Office for a no contact, drive through delivery. Volunteers can just open their trunk and we will pick up the items.
Below are the requested items:
- Diapers & Pull-Ups: All sizes, but particularly newborns
- Formula: Preferably Enfamil Infant or Enfamil Gentlease, which babies in Pinellas receive on discharge from the hospital
- Baby Wipes
- Pack n' Plays/Portable Play Yards (only new & boxed please due to safety regulations)
- Car Seats - All sizes (only new & boxed please due to safety regulations)
Drop-offs can take place on Sunday, April 18th or Saturday, April 25th between the hours of 10am-4pm at 8550 Ulmerton Road, Largo FL 33771.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 18+, Minimum Age:18+
