ALSO Youth- Various Ongoing Volunteers Needed
ALSO (Advocacy, Leadership, Support, Outreach) Youth is a 501 (c)(3) organization that seeks to empower LGBTQ+ youth and their allies by creating an inclusive community. ALSO is committed to making an impact on the Sarasota community, and is looking for volunteers to help support their mission.
ALSO Youth is seeing volunteers who are interested in working in various areas of impact.
Volunteer opportunities will include event coordination, community outreach, group facilitation, fundraising, administrative work, helping at the drop-in center, and much more. The benefits of volunteering with ALSO include providing a sense of purpose, community connection, transferable skills, as well as fun, fulfilling, and rewarding experiences.
Qualifications:
As there are a number of areas to get involved as a volunteer with ALSO Youth, there are qualifications that may be unique to each area of interest. Upon successfully expressing interest with ALSO Youth, a representative from the organization will reach out to you to let you know if you are a qualifying applicant.
