HWLC serves children and their families by providing quality childcare and Early Childhood Education for children ages 2 months - 5 years and Summer camp 6-11 years with an emphasis on 0-3. The Program provides a safe, nurturing environment where children are happy, healthy and developmentally prepared by enhancement of curriculum experiences for future learning.
