Florida's Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program
http://ombudsman.myflorida.com/The Ombudsman Council is a group of concerned citizens whose goal is to improve the quality of life for residents who live in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes and assisted living facilities (ALF)s. Our program provides hands on classroom and field training for individuals interest in advocating for resident's rights.
