It is PAL’s mission to provide positive activities, academics, mentoring, leadership training, tutoring, and life skills programming to Pinellas County youth. PAL’s education, recreation, community service, and sports programs serve as the foundation for the development of leadership skills, good citizenship, and good sportsmanship.
