Our mission is to assist individuals to live independently, by providing nutrition and caring, supportive services. Founded in 1972 to provide a hot meal to homebound senior citizens, the organization does that and much more. In addition to the thousands of homebound senior citizens who receive meals, we also offer: - Friendship Dining at various locations throughout the community. - Senior Wheels transportation - Daytime care at Daybreak Adult Day Services - The Senior Enrichment Center at Renaissance on 9th for active adults over age 50 - The Food Bank of Manatee
