http://www.thjca.orgThe Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association (THJrCA) is a community-based after school and summer program. It is a program that provides services to youth and their families in the City of Tampa. A board made up of residents, parents, youth, service providers and businesspersons governs the association. Services range from mentoring, tutoring, computer technology, health education, character, workforce, and financial literacy development. THJrCA is committed to making sure that the young people receive services that will help them to become good citizens and community leaders Youth who participate are mostly at-risk youth from low-income families.
