Project Heart is the Title X homeless education program of the School District of Manatee County, provides services for our students who lack fixed, regular and adequate housing, including students who are sharing the housing of others due to loss of housing or economic hardship, (“Doubled up”); living in hotels or motels; in shelters; cars; travel trailers or campgrounds; public spaces, abandoned buildings, substandard housing or awaiting placement in foster care
