Volunteers at Easterseals to Support Individuals with Disabilities [SAR]
Easterseals Southwest Florida offers help, hope and answers to children and adults living with disabilities or special needs right here in our community. We invite you to join us in making a rewarding difference. Volunteer your time and share your talents.
Ways to Volunteer
We offer a variety of opportunities for you to be involved with us:
- Respite helper (entertainment, crafts or food)
- Grounds maintenance and upkeep
- Adult classroom helper
- Pre-school classroom helper (reading, crafts, games, playground)
- Holding babies
- Sanitizing/cleaning/organizing
- Kitchen assistance
- Barn and horse maintenance
- Hippotherapy (therapy using horses)
Please contact us to get started. This can be for individuals or groups. Background checks are required for individuals with direct contact with clients.
