Teaching Tools Store 2024-2025 [HIL]
Do you want to make a difference in our community and support local students? If so, Teaching Tools for Hillsborough County Schools needs your help!
This program through the Hillsborough Education Foundation provides free school supplies year-round to economically disadvantaged students attending Hillsborough County Public Schools designated as Title I.
Volunteers could assist with the following:
- breaking down bulk product
- sorting through donations
- re-packaging items
- assisting with teacher check out
- re-stocking the Resource Center
- creating literacy tools
Youth 13-17 must also have a parent or guardian registered to volunteer in order to participate.
The partner for this project, Hillsborough Education Foundation (HEF), requires all volunteers to join the United Way Suncoast user group on their volunteer website, GetConnected.
