Hillsborough County BOCC: Aging Services [HIL]

Aging Services offers a range of services to our senior community. They include:

• Adult Day Centers: a day facility-based program for frail seniors and those with memory impairments.
• Congregate Dining Centers: a facility-based lunch program which includes activities & socialization opportunities.
• Senior Centers: a day facility-based program for active seniors which includes congregated dining, recreation activities, field trips, seminars, fitness programs, arts & crafts, and a host of wellness offerings.

• Case management
• Customer care and client intake
• Fitness and activities
• Nutrition services
• Quality and compliance
• Senior centers and dining centers.

• We require a criminal background check with the STate of Florida for certain volunteer positions and can use the results to determine your acceptance and placement. We will keep the results confidential.
• You must sign a confidentiality statement.
• You must sign a Model Release. This gives us permission to use photographs/videos of you including in advertising.
• There is no monetary compensation for volunteering or if we use photographs/video of you in advertising or trade.
