VITA 2026 Site Coordinator Orientation: Hillsborough

Orientation is required for all volunteers who prepare taxes with the program. 
This in-person session is designed to prepare Site Coordinator volunteers for their vital role in supporting underserved communities through free tax preparation services.
Supported by the IRS, this orientation provides a comprehensive overview of:

• Updates to current tax laws
• Your responsibilities as a Site Coordinator
• Overview of essential platforms, including NEW appointment scheduling software
• Guidance in offering integrated support services
• Emphasis on quality assurance, confidentiality, and ethical standard 

• This session will be held in-person.
• Do not register for multiple sessions.
• Site Coordinators are required to attend only one orientation session - either in-person or virtual.
• Registration closes 24 hours prior to the session.
• If the session is full, please join the waitlist to be notified if a spot becomes available.

• Parking: Limited guest parking is available directly in front of the building. Additional parking is available in the garage located just south of the building. Please avoid any reserved spots.
