Sorting & Assembling Kit Items for JWB: MLK Jr. Week of Service 2026 [PIN]
United Way Suncoast is excited to share this opportunity with one of our strategic community partners as part of our annual MLK Jr. Week of Service.
JWB is a high-performing, data-driven organization established by a Special Act of the Florida Legislature to strengthen the lives of children and families in Pinellas County. As a countywide independent special district, we responsibly direct our community’s investments to give children the best opportunities to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.
Volunteers will assist with various tasks that support their programs and will be determined closer to the project date. Example tasks are: assembling Safe Infant Sleep Bags, sorting items for or assembling Water Safety kits, assembling children's mental health kits.
The registration deadline for this opportunity is Tuesday, January 13th at 12pm and a minimum of 5 volunteers is required for this project to take place.
