Tampa Int'l Airport 5K on the Runway [HIL]
Come and join the fun Saturday, April 11, 2026 - From HEART TO SOLE, we're lacing up and giving back!! Celebrating 12 years of community, teamwork, and giving back.
This event, like no other in the Tampa Bay area, gives participants the rare opportunity to run on the Airport's Runways. TPA's annual 5K on the Runway benefits United Way Suncoast. United Way Suncoast elevates early learning, energizes middle school and high school students and empowers families through financial security. We hope you'll give back to the Tampa Bay community by joining us on the runway.
Volunteers are needed to serve in a variety of roles:
- Road to Race course
- Runway water stations
- Finish line water station
- Finisher medals
- Runway cheerleaders

Volunteers under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
