http://www.chaptershealth.orgThe mission of Chapters Health System is to provide support and care for people in our community with or affected by advanced illness by offering a wide variety of compassionate healthcare choices. Proceeds from sales at Life's Treasures Thrift Stores help pay for a variety of unfunded programs, such as quality, compassionate hospice care for uninsured patients; free community grief support for adults, teens, and young children; end-of-life care education for USF medical students; programs for veterans, patient and family special needs, and patient end-of-life wishes.
