Hispanic Outreach Center

Founded in 2008, the InterCultural Advocacy Institute was created to help serve Pinellas county’s Hispanic population by helping individuals and families get the resources, education, life skills, training and support they need to create lasting change in their lives and within our community. We provide youth, family and adult services to address a compelling need for resources and support in order to help our community thrive.
