Access to the VITA Certification Test Site (Link and Learn) is distinct from the TaxSlayer Practice Lab; it is essential to have credentials for both accounts.

• Print the Volunteer Agreement Form 13615 once all exams are successfully completed. Refer to the instructions provided in the Link and Learn guide above for easy guidance. Volunteers are required to furnish a hard copy of the Agreement to the Site Coordinator for each respective site.

TAXSLAYER PRACTICE LAB

The Practice Lab provides a simulated VITA/TCE learning environment in the TaxSlayer Pro Online software, includes learning tools and TaxSlayer support, and is required for Site Coordinators and Tax Preparers to certify.
