2027 VITA VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION FORM
 

Thank you for volunteering with the VITA program! To stay connected and receive important program updates, all volunteers, both new and returning, must complete the Volunteer Registration Form annually.

Please note that you must be logged in to your Go United account to view and submit the form. If you do not see the form below, log in to your account and try again. 

New to volunteering with us? Follow the instructions below to create your volunteer account and get started.

1. Create your Go United Account

• Click the orange Login button on the upper right hand corner.
• Select the blue "VOLUNTEERS - Click to Sign In" button.
• Scroll down and click "Don't have an account? Sign Up."
• Complete all required fields.
• Check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions.
• Click Create an Account

2. Confirm Your Email

• Check your email inbox (including spam).
• Click the blue Confirm Email button.
• Once your email is confirmed, a pop-up message will appear stating, "Your account is almost ready."

3. Step 3: Complete Your Profile

• Fill in the additional required information.
• Select "I don't have any GO United records to connect."
• Click Confirm.
• Navigate to My Volunteer Hours and select Volunteer Center.
• Electronically sign the Volunteer Agreement and Release.

After completing these steps, you can return to volunteersuncoast.org/vita-volunteer to fill out the 2027 Volunteer Registration Form.
